Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These terms govern the site, requests made through the briefings, and the Client Area of Esdras Tech Solutions LTDA, company number (CNPJ) 49.439.881/0001-30. Each piece of work also follows the proposal accepted in writing.
1. Information on this site
Service prices are shared in the proposal after the scope is defined. Only the three website formats may show promotional prices on the website creation page; those terms may change without affecting accepted proposals.
2. Briefings and requests through the site
Filling in a briefing and opening the WhatsApp conversation is an expression of interest, not a contract. No order is accepted before we confirm scope, timeline and price in writing.
3. Engagement and payment
Payment, instalments and recurrence are defined in the proposal. Pix and card-by-link are the current methods. Domain, hosting, API and other tool costs are only included when described in the scope.
4. Right of withdrawal
Because this is a distance contract, you may withdraw within seven calendar days of engagement or receipt, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with a refund of amounts paid. For personalised services already started at your request within that period — a song written from your story, a restored photo, a rewritten résumé — an amount proportional to the work already performed may be retained, always with evidence of what was done.
5. Delivery and revisions
Each offer states its inclusions and limits, and what is not included appears on the service page itself. One revision round is included unless a more favourable condition applies. Requests outside the scope require new agreement on timeline and price.
6. Services using artificial intelligence
The custom song, the photo session and photo restoration use artificial intelligence tools. That means three things: the result is a new creation, not a record of an event that occurred; we do not imitate the identifiable voice, face or style of a specific person without their permission; and we do not rebuild parts of an image that do not exist in the source material. Delivered files are yours to use, including commercially, within what the proposal describes.
7. Material supplied by the client
By sending photos, copy, logos or data, you confirm you are authorised to use them. Images of other people require their written permission; for minors, the legal guardian’s. We refuse material that appears to infringe a third party’s rights, and responsibility for content sent without authorisation lies with whoever sent it.
8. Client responsibilities
The client provides the required material, access and approvals, uses only authorised content, reviews previews within the agreed period and keeps their credentials secure. Timelines start from scope approval and receipt of the required material.
9. Results and third parties
We do not promise sales, search rankings, followers, platform approval, job interviews or financial return. External services — Google, Meta, hosting providers, artificial intelligence providers — may change rules, prices and availability; relevant impacts will be communicated.
10. Cancellation
Outside the withdrawal period, cancellation follows the proposal. After work has started, material produced and external costs already incurred may be charged proportionally, with evidence of what was performed. Monthly plans may be ended at the close of the current cycle.
11. Intellectual property
The Esdras Tech brand and our own materials require authorisation for commercial use. Ownership of deliverables follows the proposal and is normally transferred after payment in full; third-party licences — fonts, images, libraries — remain subject to their holders’ terms.
12. Client Area
The Client Area works by invitation and isolates projects per user. It shows status, updates, deliverables and next steps; it does not process payments and does not replace formal approvals. Credentials may not be shared.
13. Privacy
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy available on this site.
14. Governing law and contact
Brazilian law applies, together with the Consumer Protection Code where relevant and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. Questions, complaints and requests can be sent to contato@esdras.tech or through the official channels listed on the site.
